No, the main highways connecting Ladakh to the rest of India (via Manali and Srinagar) are usually open from May to October. Flights to Leh operate year-round.

Only postpaid connections (BSNL, Airtel, and Jio) work in Ladakh. Connectivity is good in Leh but very limited in areas like Nubra and Pangong.
